February 12 I attended my first ever Galentine’s dinner and it was so much fun! Copper Cellar in Knoxville was gracious enough to host the East TN Boss Babes with an amazing four course meal! They put together a special menu for us, as well as a couple cocktails to have with delicious appetizers.
The cocktails we could choose from was a Tito’s Cucumber Collins or a Spicy Paloma. I didn’t have a cocktail but I did try the Cucumber Collins and it was really good and refreshing. The appetizers were spread out along the table, so we got to try them all and it was all so good! We had spinach dip, calamari, bruschetta, and my personal favorite, crab stuffed mushrooms. Next, for our salad we were able to pick from an Iceberg Wedge or a House Salad. I chose the house salad. They also had two wines for us to choose from with out dinner, Hahn Estates GSM Blend or Rodney Strong Chardonnay. I am not a big wine fan so I just stuck to my water, haha. I do think it was really nice that they had those options for us. For the entrees there were three options for us to choose from, Seared Tuna, Blue Cheese Sirloin, and my pick, Shrimp Chesapeake, which had a crab stuffing on top of the shrimp. It was so delicious!
I didn’t think it could get better, but then there was dessert. They had Peanut Butter Pie or Key Lime Pie for us to pick from and I picked the Peanut Butter Pie with no hesitation. That is probably one of my favorite desserts, and theirs was so good!
Not only was the food amazing, but the entire staff was so nice! One of them even took several pictures for us at the end. Thank you again so much Copper Cellar for hosting such a great Galentine’s Dinner for us! I will link my vlog of the whole evening below.
If y’all have never been to the Copper Cellar I highly recommend it. It is great for a girls night out or perfect for a date night! If you do go tell them Alicia from the East TN Boss Babes sent you!
