I am so happy to finally share with yall that I am rebranding, and when I say rebranding, I mean a complete rebrand! New blog name, new colors, new fonts, new everything! My new blog name/business name is going to be……………………………..Does it come in Pink!
Fun fact: I’ve actually had a “blog” for a longgggg time and can you guess what the name started off as? If you guessed ‘Does it come in Pink’ you would be correct. I say blog in quotes because I had a Wordpress website before I really even knew what a blog was, haha. When I was trying to decide on a business name when I first started this as a business, I wasn’t sure if that would be a good “forever name” so I ended up just going with my name. I loved my old logo, but I just felt like I kind of outgrew it and I’ve been wanting to do something different for a while. “Does it come in Pink” has been on my mind again the past couple years and while I was visiting with my best friend Tabatha it came up and she told me I needed to go for it. She said I’ve been talking about it for years so I need to just do it, so here we are! Things have actually been picking up for me lately with my content creating, so I decided now was the time and I am so excited!
So with this rebranding I thought it was time to reintroduce myself in case you were new here, or just reintroduce myself because I have really grown as a creator and person these last 6-7 years. So, hey yall, I’m Alicia! I am 33 years old and live in a super small town in TN with my husband and two fur children Daisy and Copper who are mini golden doodles and our world. If you couldn’t guess I am obsessed with the color pink. I love wearing it, getting it on my nails, getting every pink Stanley cup, most everything I get I really do ask if it comes in pink, making my new branding absolutely perfect for me. I am also obsessed with The Vampire Diaries and have lost track of how many times I have been to Covington, GA where it was filmed. Definitely over 10 times. Mystic Falls and the beach are my two happy places. I feel like I’m in the show when I’m in GA and when I’m at the beach I feel so calm and relaxed and all my worries are gone. I could just sit and watch/listen to the waves for hours. Normally I get bored doing nothing, but at the beach I could sit there all day.
I am a certified makeup artist and I have an associates degree in business management. Besides content creating, I also work for Tarte Cosmetics as a sales and education trainer.
My first love was actually fashion, but started loving makeup in high school and after college I decided I wanted to learn how to do makeup on people (it’s much different than doing it on yourself) so I went to Tennessee School of Beauty in Knoxville and took the Make-up Designory certification course. I actually started my YouTube channel to share what I was learning in makeup school and have had my channel ever since. I have kept sharing fashion throughout the years as well as makeup, but this past year I have really been missing styling outfits and sharing my first love, so I have decided to go back to focusing on that. I still love makeup and still love sharing my knowledge, fashion just keeps calling my name. I actually went to college for fashion design and merchandising right after high school, but only for a year and I miss it all the time!
I will still be sharing all of the same things throughout all my platforms, just with a new look. I have a really good feeling about this change, but I’m not going to lie I am a little nervous since it is such a big change, but I’m still so excited! I really hope yall like the new look and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!
