I’m not sure if yall have heard of Mallory Ervin, but if you haven’t I highly recommend you go follow her! She is just so positive and so inspiring, and it makes my day every time I see her stories on instagram. She won Miss Kentucky in 2009, went on to be a runner up in Miss America, was on several seasons of the Amazing race, has a merch line, a podcast, YouTube channel, and recently just released a book called Living Fully. That is also the name of her merch line and podcast because her brand and her life motto is living fully.
I was actually able to meet her last week at Green Hills Mall in Nashville, TN, at a book signing she did hosted by Nashville Lifestyles. Mallory is currently doing a small book tour promoting her new book and I just knew I had to go meet her. I am so glad I did because it was such an amazing experience. She did an interview with Nashville Lifestyles before the book signing talking about life and her new book. I vlogged some of the interview and meeting Mallory and her husband Kyle if yall want to check it out next, I will link it below. She is so sweet and remembered me from us messaging on Instagram! Besides meeting Mallory and Kyle, I also made a few friends in line while we were waiting to take out seats! It was so much fun!
I highly recommend her book if you like to read, or even if you don’t I think you will really enjoy it. You don’t have to know who she is to enjoy it. She talks about substance abuse, her Miss KY days, trying to be perfect, hitting her rock bottom, and how she overcame it all and got to this point in her life where she is able to live her life to the fullest. She is hoping that it inspires other people to live their fullest most vibrant life. I know it definitely inspired and motivated me to work harder for my business to get where I want to go.
