I know I just did a yearly favorites post, but I want to share my monthly favorites with yall every month so I had to start with January lol. The monthly favorites posts will probably be shorter because I’m going to try and just talk about the new/new to me products I used most instead of my old favorites since every month I would talk about shape tape and foundcealer, haha. I think I only have 5 products for January, so let’s see what they are!
Tarte Tartelette Full Bloom Palette | I have really been loving this palette! It is like a jumbo version of the Tarte In Bloom which is my all time favorite eyeshadow palette. It is a huge palette, but has just about any color you would need. I just did a YouTube video swatching all the colors inside if yall want to check it out next. I’ll link it below for yall.
Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Balm | I did talk about this in my 2021 favorites, but I have been using it almost everyday. I hate I missed it on sale for $10!! It is so moisturizing and not sticky at all. It also has just a hint of color, so it is very natural and makes your lips look juicy!
Maybelline Ultra Slim Brow Pencil | I reached for this almost every time I did my makeup towards the middle/end of the month. I love the small tip that makes it easy to get those hair-like strokes so make your brows look more natural, which I have really been loving lately. This is also an affordable product, so I love sharing it with yall.
Gucci Waterproof Brow Pencil | I used this more at the beginning of January and then started using the Maybelline more later in the month. I like the Gucci for more defined brows and the Maybelline for more natural looking brows. I also think I might need a different shade of the Gucci pencil for when my brow tint fades. I do really like this product though. It is very smooth and does stay all day.
Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation | Believe it or not, I think I have worn this more than foundcealer lately! It looks so pretty and very natural. I just love the luminous look, plus it is very lightweight and light coverage. In case you missed it I did a review/first impressions video on this foundation over on my YouTube.
