I ordered several beauty items from Amazon and I wanted to share them with y’all. A few things I found in the TikTok viral category, and the others just looked interesting. I have already tried most of them, so I will give y’all my feedback on those products.
Makeup Sponge Washing Machine | $10
I was most excited about this product. I believe it was in the TikTok category, but I haven’t seen it on there. I don’t know about y’all but I hate washing my makeup brushes, especially the sponges. It just takes forever to get the makeup out, then takes forever to get the soap out. I thought if this worked it would be perfect……..it doesn’t, haha. My sponge may have been too dirty, but I feel like it din’t do anything at all. The water was a little dirty so I guess it worked a little, but not enough to make a difference. Revlon Oil Absorbing Face Roller | $13.50
This product actually works. I have been seeing it everywhere and was very curious about it, so I wanted to try it out. I feel like you sometimes can’t tell if reviews are real or not online. I did film trying this out as well, but it’s not up yet as of right now. Be sure to follow me on instagram and TikTok so you don’t miss it when I do post it. I will say it id take my makeup off a little, but it did get the excess oil. I would probably use it on light or no makeup days. It will be perfect this summer!
24K Gold Eye Patches | $20
I have been using these eye patches as well, but only a few times, so I can’t really tell if they have done much. I want them for brightening and puffiness. The 24k gold is suppose to help brighten. Unfortunately dark circles are hereditary, so there isn’t really much that can truly help with those. These are also good to keep in a beauty fridge or regular fridge for puffiness.
Milani Blush in Luminoso | $6.50
This product is an oldie but goodie. If you watch any YouTube tutorials I’m sure you have seen this specific shade of Milani blush. I bought this years and years ago, so I wanted to get a new one and start using it again. It is such a beautiful, luminous coral color. It is not too bold, so it looks good on a lot of different skin tones. Highly recommend this blush.
Glow Recipe Watermelon Toner | $34
This product I ended up returning only because of the scent. It does’t smell bad and normally scents don’t bother me, but for some reason this one did lol. Plus, I have to be careful with scents because some products with too much fragrance breaks me out. I only used it once so I can’t give yall a review on if it works or not. It’s good to give skincare at least 30 days to see results. Please don’t let me talk you into not using it. It just wasn’t for me, but everyone is different. This also comes in a travel size if yall want to try a smaller size first. It is just $15 and I will link it here for yall.
Maybelline Hydrating Gloss in Petal | $7.50
I have been seeing this lipgloss a lot online as well and wanted to try it out. I love anything with hyaluronic acid because it is hydrating. This lipgloss is very moisturizing and not sticky at all which I love. I don’t like a sticky gloss. This also comes in a bunch of colors, so if you aren’t a fan of matte lipsticks and want more color than a tinted balm, I think you will really like this gloss.
Juno Skin Cleansing Balm | $15
I also returned this product for a couple reasons. Number one, a friend who is an esthetician told me to haha, and number two, it dried my skin out. I should have known this, but my friend was saying when you use a oil on your face your skin thinks it has enough oil, so it will stop producing the natural oil causing your skin to be dry. I don’t know that I have ever had dry skin until using this. I should have know better than to switch up my skincare, but you live and learn lol. So if you try out any cleansing balms just keep this in mind. If your skin has been dry and you already use one, maybe stop using it and see if it helps. Haus Laboratories Matte Lip Crayon in Rebel (top) and Greaser (bottom) | $18
Whenever I returned the sponge washing machine, watermelon toner, and cleansing balm I got these two lip crayons and the product below. I have two other colors of these matte lip crayons and I love them. Even though they are matte, they are not drying. They are very creamy and easy to apply. Haus Labs is Lady Gaga’s makeup line if you aren’t familiar. If $18 is a little too pricey for you, keep an eye out because they often have a coupon. If these two colors are too bold for you, the other colors I have are Dust and Influencer and both are pretty neutrals.
Vital Proteins Collagen Gummies | $15
As of right now these are 20% off, so it’s the perfect time to get them if you want to try them out! I have not tried the gummies before, but I love Vital Proteins! I used to use their collagen powder and loved it! I could really a tell a difference in my hair, skin, and nails! They have so many collagen products to choose from including: waters, coffee creamers, performance supplements, and other gummies. I’ll link their website here if you want to check them out.
